The property had us in awe from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff, particularly Jacky at reception, were efficient and polite. The room on the high floor was well equipped, clean, and offered stunning views of the sea. The bar and breakfast area were lovely, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to Central, shopping, and popular attractions like Stanley, Aberdeen, and the Peak tram. The free shuttle service to Central was a convenient bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better stay for our special occasion. The staff made our wedding day extra special, helping with arrangements and providing a superb dinner. I absolutely loved the mid-century modern aesthetic of this hotel. The use of natural materials and the darker, tactile design features created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, including the garden and outdoor terrace, were bright and open, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was easy to navigate and the staff were always helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

My only request for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to be more attentive and responsive to our needs.

The rooms were spacious and modern, perfect for chilling with the squad after exploring the vibrant city life. Plus, the free shuttle bus to Hong Kong made it super easy to hit up all the epic party spots!

The only thing we wished for was a rocking rooftop bar where we could keep the party going late into the night. A place to enjoy some sick beats with breathtaking views would have taken our Hong Kong getaway to the next level!

The hotel's location outside the busy city center is convenient as it is close to Queen Mary Hospital and accessible to various major areas via bus. the rooms are spacious with well, maintained bathrooms and the staff provides excellent service. Enjoy a fantastic breakfast, complete with a shuttle to Hong Kong. the hotel also has excellent facilities such as a well, equipped gym, shopping mall, and supermarket.

During our recent stay at Le Meridien, we were pleasantly surprised by the dedicated and friendly staff. A gentleman named Ahmed Selim, a new addition to the team, stood out with his exceptional service. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference in our experience. The front desk staff and concierge were also incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.

As a business traveler, I loved the beautifully arranged and updated database room. the view was amazing and the breakfast was incredible. the well-kept pool area and gym were a great addition. Walking around Cyberport was also a pleasant surprise, as it was super convenient.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities and remarkable service, including a beautiful garden area with beach umbrellas and a seasonal outdoor pool. Our room was uniquely luxurious, with an in-room breakfast and a private sauna. the staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, as it was a bit further from the city center than we anticipated. Without a car, transportation options were slightly limited, but the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus that made it easier to get around.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve in this hotel was a fantastic decision! The pool area was amazing, from the sparkling waters to the peaceful atmosphere. The modified smartphone that was available provided us useful information about the city and could be used as a guide during our city tours. the location of the hotel, next to a mall, made everything easily accessible to us, from shopping to dining, without needing to travel far.

Our room, although comfortable, wasn’t soundproofed well enough and we could hear noises from nearby rooms. , it was quite challenging to find the reception area upon arrival, making it a bit confusing for us to settle in.

Spacious and clean room with a nice view of the garden or sea. Room amenities were renewed upon request daily. Great location for short commutes around the area. Plus, the free shuttle service to and from the airport terminal was a perk.

The pool was closed during my Christmas stay due to maintenance, which was quite disappointing. the location was far from the busy areas which made it difficult to find things to do nearby.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern decor, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. It's the perfect option if you're staying on that side of Hong Kong and offers great value. The ocean view and nearby facilities, like a cinema and supermarket, added to the overall experience.
